It all started in Frankfurt, Germany.
Since then, the local store has been featured in the Michelin Guide every year,
We have been supported by many customers.
We then moved on to Roppongi and Aoyama, before establishing our domestic flagship store at the Yaesu exit of Tokyo Station.
Building on the craftsmanship cultivated in Japan and combining it with the sensibilities honed around the world, we continue to ask ourselves "what is authenticity?" from the selection of ingredients to the preparation, sushi making, and even the margins of each dish.
